

2011 “WETLANDS & WELLIES” DINNER
Portland Chefs Gather Afield for Fundraising Gala
Portland, OR, August 26, 2011 - The Wetlands Conservancy (TWC) is setting the table for Wetlands & Wellies, their annual fundraising farm dinner set on the scenic property of an upcoming TWC conservation project in Tualatin. This year, the Oregon non-profit celebrates its 30th anniversary with a four-course fundraising dinner prepared by top Portland chefs, and paired with local wines and spirits.
Chefs Dustin Clark of Wildwood, Broc Willis of Southpark, Ken Norris of Riffle, Cathy Whims of Nostrana, Liu Xin of Oregon Oyster, and chef/author Kim Boyce of Good To The Grain will join forces to prepare a progressive dinner that celebrates three decades - and the next three decades of wetland conservation in Oregon.
When: Sunday, October 2, 2011
Where: Hedges Creek Marsh, Tualatin, Oregon
Cost: Attendance will be limited to 125 guests, with tickets priced at $125 per person
