Chehalem Wines' 2011 Art Celebration
Enjoy over 20 years of art by Ted Katz as you sample wines in the barrel cellar

 

WHAT:

Chehalem's most popular annual event is their Celebration of the Arts, where the barrel cellar becomes an art gallery for the weekend, and features the works of local artists.

This year's celebration is special: local painter, Ted Katz, has worked as the label artist for Chehalem since the very beginning, and his passion for transforming his paintings into wine label design has made him a crucial part in the development of Chehalem's brand image over the years.

Join Chehalem as they pay tribute to over 20 years of beautiful wine label art by Katz and toast to their 25th Anniversary Harvest. Guests can taste wine and peruse a retrospective of Katz's artwork, including some new works for sale, while sipping on Chehalem's 2010 INOX Chardonnay, 2010 SEXT Riesling, 2009 3 Vineyards Pinot Noir, and 2009 Stoller Vineyards Pinot Noir.
